Loftware, RiseNow partner to advance supply chain visibility

The partnership combines RiseNow’s procurement, spend management and supply chain expertise with Loftware’s product identification solutions for SAP and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Loftware has entered into a global strategic partnership with RiseNow aimed at improving supply chain visibility, traceability and compliance by connecting procurement processes with product identification and downstream execution.

The partnership combines RiseNow’s procurement, spend management and supply chain expertise with Loftware’s product identification solutions for SAP and SAP S/4HANA environments. The companies say the collaboration will help organizations address fragmented processes that can limit visibility and control across complex supply chains.

The initiative will initially focus on healthcare and health systems, where accurate product identification and traceability are particularly important for patient safety, regulatory compliance and audit readiness. The companies plan to expand the partnership into manufacturing and other industries.

“Organizations are under increasing pressure to make their SAP investments deliver measurable business outcomes,” says Justin Sadler-Smith, chief revenue officer at Loftware. “Our partnership with RiseNow extends that value by combining deep transformation expertise with smarter product data management.”

According to the companies, the combined offering will provide end-to-end visibility and scalable track-and-trace capabilities while helping organizations improve supply continuity and regulatory compliance.

RiseNow will complement Loftware’s product identification technology with advisory and managed services spanning sourcing through fulfillment. The partnership will also incorporate AI-based automation intended to improve operational efficiency and supply chain decision-making.

“We’re thrilled to join Loftware in a strategic global partnership to advance supply chain visibility, control, and optimization,” says Steve Dailey, president of RiseNow. “Together we drive savings, reduce risk, increase visibility, and apply AI automation that improves both operational outcomes and user performance.”
